At Trotters Ridge, we’re committed to fostering a supportive and informed community. That’s why we’re launching From ARC Education to Compliance—a seasonal communication effort to help reduce avoidable violations.

Our goal is simple: to reduce the number of violations by keeping everyone informed and empowered to take proactive steps before inspections by the management company.

Each month, a specific area of home and yard maintenance that aligns with our community standards is highlighted. This gives you the opportunity to make any necessary improvements that should be maintained throughout the year before inspections occur. Think of it as a friendly heads-up to address any issues before they become formal violations and prior to the end-of-the-month inspections.

Reminder, seek ARC approval for any modification to the exterior of your home.  Without ARC approval, a fine of $25 per day for up to four days will be levied on any Lot and against any Owner for any project, improvement, or change requiring ARC approval that commences without written ARC approval.

When in doubt, always consult the HOA Management Company. Refer to Trottersridge.com to access the ARC Modification Request Form
